Pet Policy
At H D Mize Rentals we do allow pets to live in our units under a few guidelines;
we only allow dogs or cats in exclusion of the Pit Bull breed due to insurance reasons,
not landlord preference. This means no reptiles or animals that live in aquariums
such as snakes, lizards, turtles or spiders. The maximum weight limit for your dog
or cat is 25 lbs. with a maximum of two pets. Each pet adds $30 dollars a month
to the rent with no pet deposit.
We do not allow dogs to be chained up outside or any kind of outside dog kennels.
We also enforce Indiana State law that while outside animals must be leashed. You
are also responsible for keeping the yard clean and free of any animal waste.
