Terms of Service

1. H. D. Mize Rentals is offering the "pay rent online" feature for your convenience. We use PayPal to process payments. None of your payment information is received by nor kept by H. D. Mize Rentals. H. D. Mize Rentals is not responsible in any way for the privacy &/or security practices of PayPal.
2. By agreeing to the terms of service when paying rent, you agree that the amount that you are paying is the full amount of your total rent due, which includes the base rent and any pet fees or other fees that are owed to H. D. Mize Rentals.
3. You agree that you are paying your rent on time, or that you have included any late fees in with your rent.
4. The rent payment will be posted to your account according to the timestamp as provided by PayPal upon confirmation of your payment.
5. You do not need a PayPal account to pay your rent online. You can pay using a major credit card as accepted by PayPal.
6. If you have problems paying online or need to make other payment arrangements, please contact H. D. Mize Rentals before your rent payment is due.
